Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis for resolutions of underlying personal concerns, discovery of personal talents, and development of healthy self-transformation skills.
Dr. Moskal has been practicing hypnotherapy for over 25 years with training from various schools of hypnotherapy.
All individuals who have hypnosis as part of their therapy want personal issues resolved or alleviated in a confidential, safe, and supportive environment.
Emotional blocks that can be served by hypnotherapy:
- unresolved fears and phobias
- grief and loss
- anxiety
- guilt
- anger
- resentment
- depression
Clients may also wish to explore more about themselves and possible ways to enhance their innate skills by tapping into their inner resources. Individuals can learn to improve patterns of behaviours and gain courage to set and achieve goals.
Prior to engaging in hypnotherapy Dr. Moskal will explain what can be expected when you enter into a hypnotic state and answer any questions about hypnosis that you may have.
Only those who wish to experience hypnosis and positive relaxation techniques are exposed to this treatment method.
Assessments
Psychological and psychoeducational assessments for personal information, or for third party requirements (e.g., disability, parenting skills). Autism assessments can be useful to discover where your child falls on the Autism Spectrum.

For children, teens, and adults to build targeted academic or employment life skills, or advance a practical skills portfolio.
